Any size violin appropriate for your age. I can recommend good rental or purchase options if you don't have one yet, and help with setup.

Sheet Music

All sheet music and learning materials are provided. Just bring yourself and your instrument!

Practice at Home

A quiet space at home to practise between lessons. Even 15-30 minutes daily makes a big difference.

Do I need any experience to start?

Not at all! I welcome complete beginners and will guide you through every step, from holding the violin correctly to playing your first songs.

Where are lessons held?

Lessons take place at my home in Oxfordshire, or online via video call for students aged 12+. Contact me for the exact location.

What ages do you teach?

I teach students from age 6 to 95+! My teaching style adapts to different age groups and learning preferences, from young children to adults.

Can I reschedule lessons?

Yes! I understand life happens. Just give me 24 hours notice and we can reschedule your lesson to another time that works for both of us.

Do you provide sheet music?

Absolutely! I bring all sheet music, method books, and practice materials to your lesson. Everything is included in the lesson fee.

How often should I practice?

I recommend 15-30 minutes daily for beginners, building up as you progress. I'll show family members how to help with practice between lessons.
